Polish forward Tadeusz Narbutowicz, known as "Taddek", arrived at SCO in 1981 from Zagłębie Wałbrzych and GKS Zagłębie Sosnowiec (his formative club), until his departure in 1984. He played 81 matches with SCO and scored 9 goals.

He passed away on July 31, 2019.

SCO finished in a disappointing 14th place in the French D2 championship.
